Async Video Generation

Nova Reel uses asynchronous inference. Submit a job and poll for results.

  1. Call StartAsyncInvoke with the video generation parameters
  2. Receive an invocationArn in the response
  3. Poll GetAsyncInvoke with the ARN until status is COMPLETED
  4. Retrieve the video from the output S3 location
