Phonellm Mini Alpha 2 (Cloudflare Workers AI)

PhoneLLM is an open model tuned for voice agents. The model is based on Nemotron Nano 30B base capabilities and excels at typical voice agent tasks with thinking disabled.

max_tokens	integer	Maximum tokens to generate. (≥1)
temperature	float	Controls randomness. Supported range varies by model. (≥0)
stream	boolean	Stream response chunks as they are generated. Default: false.
